Powered By Automation. Built With Passion.
At Kay, we never settle for the status quo. We design the best machining process for each specific job—combining skilled workers with advanced automation to create the perfect parts.
Process Development
We specialize in building lean, integrated, one piece part flow processes that will yield product that meets our customers’ requirements 100% of the time. While we will provide a component that is competitively priced, we won’t burden our customers with hidden and unforeseen costs of quality and delivery issues.
Engineering
We empower our engineers to lead the way on each project: creating estimates, designing processes and tooling up machines that run 24 hours per day. We’re constantly improving output and cycle times to be the best in the industry.
Quality Assurance
Every Kay team member is responsible for quality assurance. Our quality management system is the backbone of what we do. Quality assurance is more than just checking parts. We build quality in from the moment we quote the part, through Advance Product Quality Planning, and the entire life cycle.
“I have never seen such a concentration of talent like I do here. Everyone is the best at what they do and working hard to become even better.”
Carmelo Bottari
Director of Engineering
