Material Handler Calumet City
Kay Manufacturing Company provides value-added precision machining services of forged material to domestic automotive subassemblies on a high-volume production basis. We are currently looking for a Material Handler for our overnight shift at our Calumet City facility. Functions
- Maintains flow of material. This includes dumping chips, supplying cells with raw material, moving packaging, and moving final goods.
- Ships and receives material according to the company’s standard operating procedures. This includes the loading and unloading of trucks and utilization of the computerized shipping system.
- Performs quality audits as needed.
- Responsible for the data collection and analysis of the forklift inspection sheets, and other reporting.
